Cisco Launches Unified Edge Platform for Real-Time AI Inferencing

10:23 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cisco Systems ( CSCO ) said Monday it launched the Cisco Unified Edge platform to enable real-time inferencing for agentic and physical artificial intelligence workloads, allowing enterprises to deploy and manage AI at scale.

The full-stack architecture combines computing power, storage, and networking into a single platform, according to the company.

Operational simplicity with zero-touch deployment and centralized automated management facilitates accelerated AI rollouts and offers comprehensive observability for clients, the company said.

The platform can be ordered now but will be "generally available" by year-end, according to a statement.

Shares of Cisco ( CSCO ) rose 2% in recent trading.
