09:27 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cisco Systems ( CSCO ) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Emirati technology company G42 to explore joint efforts in artificial intelligence development and infrastructure projects, G42 said Tuesday.

No financial terms were disclosed.

The companies plan to assess opportunities to co-develop AI-related cybersecurity tools and data center infrastructure, G42 said. They also intend to collaborate on go-to-market strategies using Cisco's ( CSCO ) AI technology and G42's presence in the UAE and abroad, the company said.

G42 said the agreement outlines areas of potential cooperation but does not include binding commitments or investment figures.
