CISO Global Files Reduced Shelf Registration of $100 Million
Jun 27, 2025 6:15 AM

08:54 AM EDT, 06/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CISO Global ( CISO ) said Friday it filed a renewal of its S-3 shelf registration, reducing the total shelf to $100 million from $300 million.

The filing also includes a reduction in the at-the-market offering component from $100 million to approximately $10 million, the company said.

CISO said the renewal follows through on a prior commitment made to Nasdaq when the company temporarily fell below the required levels of stockholders' equity.

The renewal maintains the shelf registration mainly as a contingency measure, the company said.

CISO shares were 2.5% lower in premarket trading.
