CISO Global Files Secondary Stock Shelf; Shares Jump

10:23 AM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CISO Global ( CISO ) filed a registration statement Friday covering the potential resale of up to about 27.1 million of its shares from time to time by certain selling stockholders.

Target Capital 14 and Secure Net Capital are offering the shares, according to the filing.

CISO said it will not receive any proceeds from the potential offering.

Shares of CISO jumped more than 13% in recent trading activity Monday.
