NEW YORK, March 25 (Reuters) - Citigroup ( C/PN ) managers will

inform employees about a final round of staffing changes,

including layoffs, from Monday to Thursday, the bank's CEO Jane

Fraser said in a memo to staff on Monday seen by Reuters.

The bank declined to comment beyond an earlier statement on

the reorganization.
