Feb 18 (Reuters) - Citigroup ( C/PN ) has appointed former
JPMorgan Chase executive Nicole Giles as its new chief
accounting officer, according to a company filing.
Having spent almost three decades at JPMorgan, Giles
most recently held the position of chief financial officer for
its commercial and investment banking unit since March last
year.
Giles would step into her new role on February 21,
replacing interim chief accounting officer Robert Walsh. She has
also immediately assumed the position of the bank's controller,
the bank said.
