Citizens Financial Group to Redeem 4.35% Subordinated Notes Due 2025

01:20 PM EDT, 05/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Citizens Financial Group ( CFG ) said Friday it will redeem on July 3 all of its outstanding 4.35% fixed-rate subordinated notes due Aug. 1.

The company said it will redeem the notes at a price equal to 100% of principal amount of the notes redeemed, plus any accrued and unpaid interest.

Price: 40.08, Change: -0.18, Percent Change: -0.45
