Citizens Financial's Unit to Redeem $600 Million Senior Notes Due 2025

11:12 AM EDT, 10/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Citizens Financial Group (CFG) Citizens Bank unit said Friday it intends to redeem on Oct. 24 all of its outstanding $600 million total principal amount of 6.064% fixed and floating rate senior notes due Oct. 24, 2025.

The unit will redeem the notes at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes redeemed, Citizens Bank added.

Price: 40.70, Change: +0.67, Percent Change: +1.67
