05:39 PM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Civista Bancshares ( CIVB ) said late Wednesday it named Robert Katitus as chief lending officer and senior vice president.

Katitus succeeds Charles Parcher, who was appointed as the president of Civista Bank earlier this year, according to a statement.

Katitus was also named the chief lending officer and senior vice president of Civista Bank, the company said.
