Civitas Resources Plans $500 Million Private Offering

09:09 AM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Civitas Resources ( CIVI ) said Thursday it is planning a private offering of $500 million in senior unsecured notes due 2032.

The company intends to use the net proceeds to repay part of the debt under its revolving credit facility.
