Civitas Resources Prices Offering of $750 Million in Senior Notes Due 2033

05:00 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Civitas Resources ( CIVI ) priced an upsized offering of $750 million in 9.625% senior notes due 2033.

The issue is expected to close on June 3, the company said Thursday in a statement.

The net proceeds are set for debt repayment under a revolving credit facility.

Shares of the company fell 1.2% in after-hours trading.
