Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.05.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.29 billion, up from $1.13 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.30 billion.

Separately, the company said its board maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, payable on March 28 to shareholders of record as of March 14.

The company's shares were falling 5.4% in recent after-hours activity.
