Clairvest Group Invests in Redstone Food Group

05:27 PM EST, 11/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Clairvest Group ( CVTGF ) after close Monday said it and the Clairvest Equity Partners VII fund made a minority equity investment in Redstone Food Group.

The investment company said the deal for an undisclosed stake in Redstone is its second partnership in the food & beverage co-packing/private label manufacturing domain.

Redstone was founded in 1972 and is headed by Rob Wheeler who will remain the majority owner of Redstone.

The Redstone investment is Clairvest's ( CVTGF ) 67th platform investment and the first investment of CEP VII, a US$1.2 billion investment pool, US$300 million of which is from Clairvest ( CVTGF ).
