03:24 AM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Claritev ( CTEV ) said late Wednesday it priced an underwritten public offering of 1.5 million of class A shares by selling stockholders at $51.50 apiece.

The selling stockholders have granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 225,000 of class A shares.

The company will not sell any of its class A stock and will not receive any proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close by Friday.
