Clarivate Agrees to Sell ScholarOne to Silverchair

11:01 AM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Clarivate ( CLVT ) has agreed to sell ScholarOne to Thompson Street Capital Partners' portfolio company Silverchair, Silverchair said Tuesday.

Financial details weren't provided.

ScholarOne provides software services to scholarly publishers and societies, Silverchair said.

The deal is expected to close in Q4.

Price: 6.50, Change: -0.04, Percent Change: -0.61
