09:25 AM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Clarivate ( CLVT ) said Thursday it has agreed to buy the substantial majority of assets of MotionHall, an artificial intelligence solutions start-up for life sciences.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition will help accelerate Clarivate's ( CLVT ) multiple roadmaps, including targeted enhancements to its Clarivate Cortellis, market assessments and a new Business Development and Licensing Enterprise Workbench.
