Classover Holdings (KIDZ) Announces $400 Million Equity Deal To Back Solana-Based Treasury Strategy: What's Going On?
May 25, 2025 11:47 PM

Classover Holdings Inc ( KIDZ ) shares closed Thursday’s trading up 366.06% to $5.36 after the company announced it entered an equity purchase facility agreement with Solana Strategies Holdings.

What To Know: The funds will support working capital, acquisitions and a new treasury strategy centered around Solana (CRYPTO: SOL) tokens.

Under the plan, Classover ( KIDZ ) will allocate a significant portion of the capital to acquiring, holding, and staking Solana tokens — becoming one of the first public companies to integrate the crypto into its core treasury operations. The company will also run validator nodes to support Solana’s network while earning staking rewards.

Chaince Securities LLC, a subsidiary of Mercurity Fintech, has been appointed as digital asset advisor. Chaince will assist in treasury structuring, validator operations, risk management and strategic blockchain partnerships.

Classover ( KIDZ ) CEO Stephanie Luo said the move enhances the firm's financial agility and cements its role as a blockchain innovator. MFH's Wilfred Daye added that the initiative signals a new benchmark in corporate crypto adoption.

How To Buy KIDZ Stock

Besides going to a brokerage platform to purchase a share — or fractional share — of stock, you can also gain access to shares either by buying an exchange traded fund (ETF) that holds the stock itself, or by allocating yourself to a strategy in your 401(k) that would seek to acquire shares in a mutual fund or other instrument.

For example, in Classover Holdings’ case, it is in the Consumer Discretionary sector. An ETF will likely hold shares in many liquid and large companies that help track that sector, allowing an investor to gain exposure to the trends within that segment.

According to data from Benzinga Pro, KIDZ has a 52-week high of $10 and a 52-week low of $1.04.
