08:55 AM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Clean Energy Fuels ( CLNE ) said Wednesday that CE bp Renew, its joint venture with BP Products North America, a subsidiary of BP (BP), finalized the sale of $29.5 million in investment tax credits.

The $29.5 million in tax credits were generated by four of Clean Energy's dairy renewable natural gas production facilities in the US, the company said.

Clean Energy and BP shares were up 1% and 1.2%, respectively, in recent premarket activity.
