05:00 PM EDT, 06/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Clean Energy Special Situations ( SWSS ) said Friday it signed a non-binding letter of intent for a business combination with a company that provides internet gaming technology platforms.

The special purpose acquisition company said the target firm posted revenue of more than 70 million euros ($75.6 million) in 2023 and is expecting "significant growth" in 2024 and 2025.

The firm said it expects to announce further details when a definitive agreement is executed, which is anticipated by early Q3.
