12:28 PM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Clean Energy Technologies ( CETY ) said Monday it has agreed to a strategic collaboration with Qymera Global Energy to advance and commercialize the DeepFyre geothermal power system.

Financial details of the agreement weren't provided.

Clean Energy Technologies ( CETY ) will integrate its proprietary heat-to-power and organic rankine cycle systems with Qymera's DeepFyre monobore geothermal platform, the company said.

Clean Energy Technologies ( CETY ) further said that the collaboration will target island-based pilot projects in the Caribbean and Central America first, followed by larger installations across Southeast Asia and Africa.

Shares of Clean Energy Technologies ( CETY ) were down over 10% in recent Monday trading.
