04:43 PM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CleanCore Solutions ( ZONE ) and its partner House of Doge, an arm of the Dogecoin Foundation, acquired 285.4 million Dogecoins (DOGE-USD) worth $68 million via their newly formed treasury.

CleanCore said Monday it plans to acquire up to 1 billion Dogecoins over the next 30 days as part of a broader strategy to hold 5% of the token's circulating supply.

CleanCore shares jumped 37% in after-hours trading, paring earlier gains.
