08:02 AM EDT, 10/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cleanspark ( CLSK ) said Thursday it has achieved 30 exahashes per second in operational hashrate.

Cleanspark ( CLSK ) said its hashrate, which refers to the computational power used in cryptocurrency mining, has increased by 200% compared with a year earlier through a combination of organic growth, acquisitions, and a fleet upgrade. In addition, it saw a nearly 20% increase in its operational efficiency, while the number of operational machines grew by 112%, the bitcoin miner said.

CleanSpark ( CLSK ) expects its hashrate to reach 37 EH/s by the year-end and plans to boost it to 50 EH/s or more next year.

The company said it will add additional hashrate once it completes the acquisition of GRIID Infrastructure, which is expected to be finalized this month.
