08:29 AM EDT, 03/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Clear Channel Outdoor ( CCO ) said Monday that it has received all regulatory approvals needed to sell its Europe-North segment to Bauer Media Group's Bauer Radio.

The company said the sale, which is expected to close on March 31, is still subject to certain customary closing items detailed in a related share purchase agreement.

Shares of Clear Channel Outdoor ( CCO ) were up 2.3% in recent premarket activity.
