06:30 AM EST, 02/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Clear Secure ( YOU ) said Wednesday that it has hired Jen Hsu as its chief financial officer, effective March 31.

She previously worked as the head of corporate development and investor relations at Chewy (CHWY), Clear Secure ( YOU ) said.

Clear Secure ( YOU ) said it has also appointed Michael Barkin as president, starting March 31.

Hsu and Barkin will succeed Ken Cornick, who will take on an advisory role after serving as president and CFO, the company said.
