09:58 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Clearside Biomedical ( CLSD ) said Monday it has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Clearside also said it plans to seek authorization for an auction and sale process under Section 363 of the US Bankruptcy Code, and has filed motions with the court seeking the continuation of normal operations during the process.

Clearside shares were down nearly 66% in early trading.
