09:45 AM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Clearwater Analytics ( CWAN ) and Bloomberg said Wednesday they are partnering to offer an integrated investment management service to asset owners and managers.

Financial terms were not provided.

The collaboration will combine Bloomberg's enterprise investment tools with Clearwater's accounting and data platform, the companies said.

The offering will include support for over-the-counter securities handling, synchronized cash management, and standardized trade and position data exchange, according to the joint statement.
