05:13 PM EDT, 03/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Clearwater Analytics ( CWAN ) on Monday filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the sale of Class A common stock by the company and one of its shareholders.

The company's offering of an undisclosed number of Class A shares will be priced at the time of the sale. Proceeds raised will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.

Meanwhile, Blackstone Holdings I, an investor in the company, may sell up to 3.8 million Class A shares of Clearwater.

Clearwater said it will not receive any proceeds from Blackstone's stock sale.
