05:05 PM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Clearwater Analytics ( CWAN ) said late Monday it launched a secondary public offering of 12 million class A shares.

The company said it's conducting the resale of shares on behalf of affiliates of Warburg Pincus and Permira Advisers.

Clearwater won't get any proceeds from the offering.

Citigroup is the underwriter and sole book-running manager.

Shares of Clearwater fell 5.5% in recent after-hours trading.
