Clearwater Analytics Poised for Growth Despite M&A Concerns, Oppenheimer Says
Oct 28, 2025 9:18 AM

11:46 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Clearwater Analytics ( CWAN ) remains well-positioned for growth despite investor concerns following its acquisition of Enfusion, Oppenheimer said Tuesday in a report.

The firm expects Q3 revenue of $203.5 million and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $65 million ahead of Clearwater's Nov. 5 results.

Research on activity and demand is "slightly positive while investor sentiment is negative on M&A execution risks and a lack of perceived near-term catalysts," the report said.

Oppenheimer said Clearwater's platform is deeply embedded in regulated financial workflows and designed to handle essential daily operations, making it less vulnerable to disruption.

"Clearwater is an AI winner given the tangible operational benefits already accruing," the report said.

Oppenheimer reiterated its outperform rating on Clearwater stock with a $36 price target.
