04:26 PM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cleveland-Cliffs ( CLF ) said Tuesday it upsized and priced an additional $275 million of senior unsecured guaranteed notes due 2034 at 102.75% of par, implying a 6.99% yield.

The company said the offering, expected to close Friday, will be guaranteed by its key US subsidiaries. Net proceeds will be used to repay borrowings under its asset-based lending facility.
