03:57 AM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Climb Global Solutions ( CLMB ) said late Wednesday it has named John McCarthy as its new chairman of the board, effective Jan. 28.

McCarthy succeeds Jeff Geygan, who is resigning effective Feb. 28, the company said.

McCarthy has over 30 years of technology industry leadership experience and has served as a director on Climb's board since June 2019, the company said.
