Clorox Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Decline

05:32 PM EDT, 05/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Clorox (CLX) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Monday of $1.45 per diluted share, down from $1.71 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.55.

Sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $1.67 billion, down from $1.81 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.72 billion.

Shares of the company fell over 2% in after-hours activity.
