11:07 AM EST, 03/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cloudflare ( NET ) said Wednesday that it has launched its new Magic Cloud Networking product, marking its entry into the multicloud networking market.

The company said it acquired the technology of multicloud networking startup Nefeli Networks to accelerate Magic Cloud Networking's development and launch. No financial details were disclosed for the acquisition.

Cloudflare ( NET ) said it is integrating the Nefeli team and technology into its Cloudflare One platform to introduce a unified platform that will allow customers to connect and protect their cloud networking infrastructure, among others.
