09:37 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cloudflare ( NET ) said Monday that it has agreed to acquire Replicate, an artificial intelligence platform that allows developers to deploy and run machine learning models.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Cloudflare ( NET ) said the deal will support its plan to expand its Workers platform as a tool for building AI applications by giving developers access to Replicate's catalog of models.

Cloudflare ( NET ) said the deal is expected to close within two months.
