CloudMD Securityholders Approve Go-Private Transaction with CPS Capital

12:03 PM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CloudMD Software & Services ( DOCRF ) securityholders on Thursday approved a plan backed by CPS Capital to take the company private.

Each CloudMD shareholder will receive C$0.04 in cash per share held.

A final order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia to approve the arrangement will be sought at a July 3rd hearing. The arrangement is expected to close about July 9th.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.005 to $0.035 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
