03:46 PM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Clover Health Investments' ( CLOV ) shares rose 25% in recent trading Wednesday after company co-founder Vivek Garipalli acquired almost $1 million in shares.

Vivek purchased 531,700 shares at $1.88 apiece on Friday and owns about 1.41 million shares of Clover following the transaction, a regulatory filing dated Tuesday showed.
