04:57 PM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Clover Leaf Capital ( CLOE ) said it has adjourned a special shareholders' meeting convened earlier Friday to vote on the blank check company's proposed merger with Digital Ally's ( DGLY ) unit Kustom Entertainment without conducting any other business.

Clover Leaf said it now plans for an Oct. 11 meeting to enable shareholders of record on July 24 to vote on proposals to approve the proposed deal.
