01:55 PM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CLPS ( CLPS ) said Thursday its Singapore-based unit Ridik acquired Shell Infotech, expanding its client base and market share in Southeast Asia.

Terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.

The acquisition will add 27 new clients, CLPS ( CLPS ) said, driving a projected 25% to 30% revenue increase in Southeast Asia for the Hong Kong-based information technology consulting and solutions service provider.

CLPS ( CLPS ) shares climbed 3% in recent trading.
