07:30 AM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CMC Metals ( CMCXF ) said it will apply to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date of 1.94 million share purchase warrants by one year, to October 13, 2025, and to amend the exercise price from $0.20 to $0.07.
The moves are subject to warrant holders consent.
Each amended warrant is exercisable into one common share of the company.
The warrants, granted in October 2022, had an original expiry date of October 13, 2024.
CMC also noted that North Bay Resources has begun test milling operations at the Bishop Gold Mill in Inyo County, California, with the first shipment of gold ore from its Fran Gold Project in British Columbia.
CMC acquired 1.12 billion common shares in North Bay as a part of an agreement between the two companies in which North Bay acquired 56% of CMC's gold processing mill in Bishop California.
