Aug 20, 2025 2:10 PM

04:59 PM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CME (CME) said Wednesday it has entered into a joint venture with FanDuel to roll out event-based financial products and stretch market access for the online gaming company's customers in the US.

The derivatives marketplace firm said it expects to launch products with Flutter Entertainment ( FLUT ) owned FanDuel later in the year. The products will include benchmarks such as the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100, prices of oil and gas, gold, and cryptocurrencies, among others.

To facilitate access to event-based contracts via FanDuel, the companies will create a jointly operated, non-clearing futures commission merchant, it added.
