CME Group Reports Record Average Daily Volume for May

08:42 AM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CME Group ( CME ) said Tuesday that it set a new average daily volume record of 26 million contracts for May, up 4% from a year earlier.

The derivatives marketplace said its interest rate and metals products also set a new average daily volume records for May, and that its US Treasury complex reached a new single-day record of 34,350,339 contracts on May 28.
