09:03 AM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CME Group ( CME ) said Wednesday that its average daily volume last month stood at 28.4 million contracts, up 25% from a year earlier.

For Q3, the derivatives marketplace said its average daily volume increased 27% year-over-year to 28.3 million contracts.

CME said its US Treasury complex hit an all-time quarterly average daily volume record of 8.4 million contracts.
