CMS Energy Q4 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; 2025 Guidance Lifted

06:59 AM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CMS Energy ( CMS ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.87 per diluted share, down from $1.05 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.87.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.99 billion, up from $1.95 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.17 billion.

The company raised its 2025 adjusted EPS guidance to $3.54 to $3.60 from $3.52 to $3.58. Analysts polled by FactSet are looking for $3.59.

Shares were up nearly 2% in premarket activity.
