CMS Energy's Q1 Adjusted Net Income Rises, Operating Revenue Falls; 2024 Non-GAAP Earnings Outlook Reaffirmed

09:24 AM EDT, 04/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CMS Energy ( CMS ) reported Q1 adjusted net income Thursday of $0.97 per share, up from $0.70 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.92.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $2.18 billion, down from $2.28 billion a year earlier. Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $2.45 billion.

For 2024, the company said it continues to expect adjusted EPS in the range of $3.29 to $3.35. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $3.33.
