CN Energy Group Gets Non-Compliance Notice From Nasdaq

03:43 AM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CN Energy Group ( CNEY ) said on Monday that it received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market on May 28 notifying that it is not in full compliance with the exchange's $1 per share minimum bid price requirement.

The Nasdaq's rules require listed securities to have a minimum bid price of $1 per share and a failure to meet the minimum bid price requirement is deemed to exist if the deficiency continues for 30 consecutive business days.

The company has until Nov. 25 to regain compliance under Nasdaq rules, by maintaining a closing bid price of at least $1 per share for at least 10 consecutive business days, subject to a potential extension.
