03:47 AM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CNH Industrial ( CNH ) said late Tuesday its subsidiary has priced its private placement of 300 million Canadian dollars ($219.5 million) in 4% notes due April 2028, with an issue price of 99.964%.

The offering is set to close on Friday.

The company said it intends to use net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
