04:44 PM EST, 01/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CNX Resources ( CNX ) said Tuesday it closed a $200 million private placement of 7.25% senior notes due 2032.

The private placement is priced at 100.5% of par plus accrued interest from Sept. 1.

Net proceeds will be used for transaction costs linked to the pending acquisition of interests in Apex Energy, Apex Energy Minerals and Apex WML Midstream, and payment of borrowings under a senior revolving credit facility.
