05:13 PM EST, 01/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CNX Resources ( CNX ) said Monday it has priced $200 million of its 7.25% senior notes due 2032 at 100.5% of par.

The notes are being offered in addition to the $400 million previously issued, the firm said. It expects to close the offering Jan. 21.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.
