11:09 AM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Coca-Cola (KO) is expected to report "solid" Q4 results amid strong organic growth, although 2025 results could be weighed down by foreign exchange headwinds, RBC Capital Markets said Thursday.
The company is scheduled to report Q4 results Tuesday.
RBC expects EPS of $0.52 on revenue of about $10.51 billion. Wall Street is looking for EPS of $0.52 on revenue of $10.7 billion, according to the note.
"We expect the quarter to be fine, with solid organic growth both domestically and internationally... and would expect [Coca-Cola] to modestly exceed the consensus bar," RBC analyst Nik Modi said in a note to clients.
For 2025, RBC projects EPS at $2.90, which it said was below the market consensus of $2.93.
"Given the strength of the dollar, FX pressures have worsened, which we believe puts some incremental pressure on 2025 numbers," Modi said.
RBC had an outperform rating on the company's stock, with a price target of $69.
