The company has reportedly hired Lazard to advise on the process and has held early talks with a limited number of potential bidders.

Private equity firms are among those approached, with indicative offers expected in early autumn, Sky News reported.

Coca-Cola, Lazard, and Costa Coffee did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
